My pledge to Singapore!!

The pledge to Singapore to me ,it is making a promise to my nation(Singapore)I feel every proud of my nation(Singapore)If saying the pledge with pride is a display of my promise of loyalty to the nation,I will consider myself a loyal citizen.I promise to be a hard working student so that I can build a brighter future for Singapore.I striving to fulfill the words that I recite in the pledge each day.

H1N1

2009 influenza A (H1N1) (previously referred to as' new strain of swine flu ') is a new strain of influenza virus that spreads from human to human.To prevent the spread of this disease we must practic good hygiene habits.We take our temperature everyday I will wash my hands before I eat.

Labrador Camp

'CRC' is a type of high element, I have tried it before at the labrador camp.It was fun but scary,it was about 4 metres high.I have to walk on a log, that log is about 7 metres long.I thought I could not make it to the end, but my friends cheer for me.I know that I must not disappoint my friends so I took up my courage and walk over the log, so I walk as fast as I could and wish this 'CRC' can end.Within minutes I have walk over the log, I was glad and happy to complete the 'CRC'.

Earth Hour

It is a international event, all the country participate.It is held on Saturday 28 march 2009.My thoughts and feelings about this event is we should switch off the light when we are not using it,in order to save the electricity,it is because electricity is produce by burning large amount of the coal and the oil,electricity came from the power station,the smoke that coming out from the chimney will pollute the air.I will take part in this event.I think people are organizing this event because we use too much of the electricity while other waste electricity.I think everyone will be sleeping during Earth Hour.My family and I will be sleeping or shopping during Earth Hour.

E-mail to my cousin

Dear cousin
it is my pleasure to e-mail you and it will be longer to read it,my class went to the Old Ford's Factory and Bukit Chandu on 25th of February from 8 a.m to 1.50 p.m.We take a bus there we took around 30 minutes to reach there,while I was in the bus I was very excited, we visited the Old Ford's Factory first, our guide is Mr Lau, there is a AVA theatrelle that he had prepare for us to watch it and we are not allows to take any picture,the show told us about the past and the british lost to the japanese because they are over confident.After that he show us around the place,there are a lot artifact for us to take picture.I love the artifact very much especially the bombs and the guns.Later he show us what the people grow during the japanese occupation.There is a rat drop into the water when rat is swimming it look so cute.Later we said good bye and thank to Mr lau.Then we have our snack.Soon we reach the next stop is Bukit Chandu which is Singapore historical war musuem,the guide is Mr Ho,before he show us around we watch the video about Lientenant Adnan,he is very loyal and have proud wearing the malay regiment soilder uniform,the people living through the war with sadnese and fear,the japanese was very cruel they vent their anger by kill the innocent people.After that Hr Ho took us to the treetop,the scene was beautiful,and we went home.I wish I could go again.I learnt what happened in the past,I hope you will think about this NE message 'No one own Singapore a living,we should not take thing for granted.'

My Thoughts On Reading

I enjoy reading storybook,it unable us to increase our knowledge.I like to read geography storybook.It is because little by little,the knowledge that we read will be increasing in our brain.Yes it help me with my school work reading will help me with my school work.It is because we can use the words during composition.I recommend a book call''horrible geography''.The author is Anita Ganeri.I like to her book because it funny gross and also have horrible health warning such as''if you fancy liver and onions ,make sure sure the liver isn't from a polar bear.It contains massive amounts of vitamin A which can be lethal for human beings.

Passion For Learning

Passion for learning is a positive attitude for learning it is necessary for people to have a passion learning it will unable us to develop our enthusiasm of learning.I am not so sure I know of any family members, famous people, relatives or friends with a passion for learning.They show their passion by take it as a CCA or a hobby.I think I have passion for learning scouting,I take it as a CCA.To develop my passion for learning,I will learn more try to learning more about it.

Chinese New Year

During Chinese New Year,I wake up early in the morning to get ready to visit my relatives home.At my relative house,I said Happy New Year and my relatives give me red packet.I saw my relative baby,he was very cute and I play with him and I eat lunch.Around 3:30 I left and I went to the Singapore river.
Next day my cousins visit me,we met only twice a year.We hide and seek,I gave some packet drinks to my godmother,godfather and cousins,around 1 hour later they left.I ate reunion dinner.

Our Total Denfence Day

I will protect the clean air,it is because is very important if there is no clean air we will not be health.I would protect the clean air by advise all the people to buy lesser vehicle.

Our school value

Self-discipline mean no fighting,searing,bulling,stealing,vandalizing and other more,passion for learning is a positive attitude for learning. We must have integrity not to lie,we also must have courage to tell the truth.We must strive for excellence in every thing we do.Last but not least is sincerity, sincerity means honesty,we should be honest student.Yes!I strive to live up to our school value.It make us perfect.We should behave well by not bully people and being a honest student.I think ,how about a performance about the values?

First Day OF School

Nice to meet you! I feel excited and curious about the new teacher,I wish the teacher is very kind and patient.I hope to achieve more marks for my English,because I am very weak in my English.I can be a responsible netizen by not spam people's blog and cyber-bullying.
